2 days private safari to Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary
This 2 days' private safari takes you to the beautiful Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary. Lying at the foot of snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro, the Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary host a wide variety of animals, such as elephants, buffaloes, lions, leopards and many more. Being located approx. 200 km from Mombasa, this safari destination can be reached easily. We promise you: it will be more than just a journey!
Day 1: Mombasa/Diani Beach - Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary (overnight in Salt Lick Safari Lodge)
You will be picked up from your accommodation in the early morning from our guide.
We will then depart together in direction of the Taita Hills Widlife Sanctuary.
After having entered in the sanctuary, we will enjoy a first game drive en-route to the beautiful Salt Lick Game Lodge, where you can enjoy your lunch and rest a bit. By the way: Salt Lick Game Lodge has been one of Kenya's flagship lodges, famed for being among the world's most photographed lodges.
After that, we will head off for an afternoon game drive. We will have good chances to spot elephants, buffaloes, lions, leopards, zebras, gazelles and other kinds of wildlife.
Day 2: Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary - Mombasa/Diani Beach
On the second day of your journey, we will start the new day with a spectacular morning game drive. This is the prime time for animals to go hunting. So many activities happen in the early morning. After the exciting game drive, there is a full breakfast to give you enough energy to start your next game drive.
Around noon, we will proceed to Voi town for having a lunch and have a little rest (optional).
After a delicious lunch, we will return back to Mombasa/Diani Beach, where we will take you to your hotel.
