6 days private safari Maasai Mara Game Reserve, Lake Nakuru & Samburu National Reserve
This 6 days’ safari will take you to Kenya’s top destinations: Maasai Mara, which has become a synonym for the Big Five. Lake Nakuru, which is well known for his huge population of flamingos, also called as “lake in pink” and Samburu National Reserve, an insider tip and always worth a visit. We promise you: it will be more than just a journey!
Day 1: Nairobi – Maasai Mara Game Reserve (overnight in Sentrim Mara Camp)
Our guide will pick you up in the early morning from your hotel in Nairobi. We will then travel along the Great Rift Valley, passing by the extinct volcano of Mount Longonot en-route to beautiful Maasai Mara Game Reserve.
We will arrive around noon at the camp. It is the perfect time for a delicious lunch and as well for relaxing a bit.
In the afternoon, we will start with an afternoon game drive. We will have good chances to spot the Big Five and herds of Wildebeest.
As soon as the sun will go down, we will go back to the camp for dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Maasai Mara Game Reserve (overnight in Sentrim Mara Camp)
Are you ready for a day full of adventures? This safari day will be exclusively spent in the Maasai Mara. We will look out for the park’s big cats, the big five and the abundance of wildlife and natural wonders found in Kenya’s most famous fame reserve.
In the evening, we will relax around the campfire and enjoy an excellent dinner.
Day 3: Maasai Mara Game Reserve – Lake Nakuru National Park (overnight in Lake Nakuru Lodge)
Breakfast will be served in the camp, then we will board the safari vehicle and enjoy our last game drive en-route to Lake Nakuru.
We will arrive at the park in a perfect time for lunch and relaxing. In the afternoon, we will have the next game drive. There are no elephants in the park but we can spot the other members of the Big Five.
Day 4: Lake Nakuru National Park – Samburu National Reserve (overnight in Samburu Simba Lodge)
After breakfast, we will head towards Samburu National Reserve, driving past the impressive Mount Kenya.
Upon arrival, we will enjoy a game drive en-route to the lodge for lunch.
A safari through Samburu will show you the strange and out-of-the-ordinary species of northern Kenya.
After lunch, you will have time for relaxing before we will head off to an afternoon game drive.
Day 5: Samburu National Reserve (overnight in Samburu Simba Lodge)
Are you ready for your next adventure? This day will be exclusively spent in Samburu.
Buffaloes, elephants, giraffes and many more wildlife are waiting for you.
In the evening, you will enjoy a delicious dinner at the Samburu Simba Lodge.
Day 6: Samburu National Reserve – Nairobi
On our last day, you can choose between going on an early morning game drive or relaxing and sleeping long. Before we depart to Nairobi, you will have a full breakfast in the Samburu Sopa Lodge. The lodge will also provide you a lunch package (optional) for our journey back to Nairobi.

For two people, the price for this private safari starts at around 1.235 USD per person (depending on the season). If you are more people, the price per person will reduce.
